We require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice of your scheduled tour departure for all cancellations unless canceled by (Absolutely Chicago Segway Tours). Any tour that is not canceled within this time period is non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a, 8% processing cancellation fee unless canceled by (ACST).

We recommend flat shoes; rocking athletic shoes are prohibited, as are high heels. We do stop for photo opportunities along the route. For your safety and the safety of others still and video camera's are allowed but may not be used while the Segway is moving as it is necessary to have two hands on the machine the Segway

Those persons who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not permitted to participate and a refund will not be issued. All participants must be able to ascend a flight of stairs without assistance, are at least 14 years old, individuals must weigh more than 100 lbs. and less than 260 lbs. according with manufacture recommendations. Participants must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by and adult.
Pregnant women are prohibited from participating in this activity.

We require that all gliders arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before scheduled departure for waiver signing & helmet fitting. Any reservation of 6 or more will be charged a gratuity of 15%. Any group of 8 or more that which desire to glide together is considered a private tour and is subject to an additional guide charge and gratuity will be added upon arrival.

We do require all participants sign waivers and release forms absolving ABS LLC, all employees of ACST from any and all litigant and responsibility for any and all injury as you glide at their own risk. We do provide training and practice before we depart on your tour.

All group tours of 6 or more most be canceled 5 days in advance. Any cancellation after this time frame subject to 25% deposit charge. Any group tour that is canceled 72 hours prior to departure is non-refundable.

The entrance to our section of Millennium Garage is found only from Columbus Drive. Please do not enter on Michigan Avenue as that is a different garage and the vouchers which we offer are not valid. Once in the garage proceed west to the Millennium Park side of the garage. Then once past the entrance gates turn left, heading south to Monroe Street. Park on level 2. Please follow the orange Absolutely Chicago Segway Tour signs. We are located in the lobby of level 2 of the garage.

We are located at 238 E. Monroe Street. Please enter the SE entrance to Excelon Pavilion (large white structure) of Millennium Park. It is between Michigan Ave. and Columbus Drive, on the north side of E. Monroe. Once at the entrance look for our orange Absolutely Chicago Segway tour signs and follow the arrow. Enter the elevator and proceed to the lobby of level 2. (Our signs are not visible until you are in front of the entrance.)
